Description

Unique willow dreamcatchers handmade by Double Eagle, a Native American elder of Sioux descent who makes our US dreamcatchers by hand in a variety of colours using different Turkey and Pheasant feathers.

Each dreamcatcher is woven with precious stone carvings symbolising protection – a Zuni Fetish Bear and a Black Obsidian Arrowhead.

They come in the following different colours of Suede-Feather: Black-Green; Purple-Brown; Orange; Brown; Cream-Tan

“Native American people believe that dreams have magical qualities. That is, they have the ability to change one’s path in life. The night air is filled with both good and bad dreams. It is believed if you hang a dreamcatcher on the wall of your lodge for the good of all who live there, then the dreamcatcher will capture your dreams. The good dreams know the way and slip down the long feather to the sleeper below. The bad dreams, not knowing the way, will become tangled in the webbing and perish at the first light of day.”
