Smudge Bundles

Description

A smudge bundle of sacred herbs gathered and bound by Native American tribes. Choose from either White Sage, Cedar, Juniper, Desert Sage & Lavender or Desert Sage & Copal.

Light the end of the bundle of herbs over a non-flammable surface like our bespoke incense bowls and prop it up in the lip, then waft its aromatic smoke around your space with one of our Native American smudge feathers. When you no longer want the bundle to smoke, carefully extinguish the end by inserting it in sand or earth so that you can keep reusing it.

Although we are not allowed to make claims regarding the medicinal properties of herbs, the Native American tribes traditionally use them as following:

White Sage – burned for purification, cleansing places of negative energy and people of negative feelings and thoughts

Cedar – burned for regeneration, releasing the old and birthing the new, bringing power, prosperity and longevity, and creating a bridge to Spirit

Juniper – burned, carried or sprinkled for protection and to create safe, sacred space

Desert Sage & Lavender – burned for healing with its combined energies of cleansing, balancing and calming

Desert Sage & Copal – burned for meditation with its combined energies of cleansing, clarity and communication with Spirit

We buy and import all our smudge bundles directly from a Native American wholesaler in the US who works closely with the Native American tribes.
