Palo Santo

Description

A bundle of 6 sticks of Palo Santo – ‘Holy Wood’ – from sustainably harvested trees that grow on the coast of South America. Indigenous tribes have traditionally burned Palo Santo for cleansing, healing and to facilitate meditation through its uplifting scent which is believed to open the upper chakras to facilitate communion with Spirit.

Light the end of the Palo Santo stick for 30-60 seconds until it catches then blow the flame out. The stick will continue to smoulder, releasing an aromatic smoke which you can waft around your space with one of our Native American smudge feathers. Leave the stick propped up in an abalone shell resting in an incense bowl and either let it die out or keep blowing on it to keep it alight.
