What are the three gifts you bring to the world?
Grab a cup of char and curl up with me as we create some more Me♥Time together…
So this is Week 3 of the 6 weeks of the Winter Solstice – the pagan festival celebrating the Rebirth of the Light.
Today is the Epiphany, from the Greek word ‘manifestation’, symbolising the end of the twelve days of Christmas-Yuletide, and celebrating the day when the Three Kings visited the baby Jeshua in Bethlehem.
The Three Kings, or Magi, were known as Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar, who traditionally represented Europe, Arabia and Africa, and the peace between these cultures.
They gave the baby Jeshua gifts of Gold (Kingship), Frankincense (Divinity) and Myrrh (Mortality).
Similarly, in our lives, these symbolise our Strengths, Spirituality and Suffering.
So this week, we are going to take some time to contemplate:
Firstly, what are the strengths that I bring to this lifetime? What realm am I Queen or King of?
Secondly, what are my spiritual beliefs? What divinity, or philosophy, do I revere and embody?
Thirdly, what is the suffering I have endured, which has gifted me the light of wisdom to share with others?
Close your eyes, focus on your breath and allow your Soul to lead you on a journey to explore the answers.
I look forward to reading your thoughts and feelings on my Instagram and Facebook posts (links in right-hand column).
My prayer on this sacred day of the Epiphany is for peace to be restored to these lands and all others.
